All components of the sCONVEY HES that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel, ensuring contamination-free processing and easy cleaning.

A specially designed soundproof hood effectively minimizes motor noise during operation, ensuring a quieter and more comfortable working environment.

The sCONVEY HES is a stand-alone material loader equipped with a highly efficient and reliable motor, which is integrated into the unit’s hood. Designed for versatility, it enables fast and contamination-free conveying of granulate into the material hopper of a processing machine, drying bin, or day bin, depending on your production needs.

After each conveying cycle, the filter is automatically cleaned with compressed air, ensuring a stable and uninterrupted conveying process. This not only enhances operational efficiency but also reduces maintenance frequency and significantly lowers costs.

The practical quick-release fasteners and hinged lid simplify both operation and maintenance. The two quick-release fasteners at the front of the loader, combined with the hinge at the back, form a triangular pattern that enhances stability during the conveying process, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

The control features an alarm function, signalled by the circular LED light at the top of the sCONVEY HES. This allows you to easily monitor the unit's status from any angle, and address alarms in a timely manner.

The discharge flap at the material outlet is made of durable stainless steel, offering excellent abrasion resistance for a long service life. Its angled design increases the discharge area and facilitates the better discharge of materials which are prone to bridge, improving overall efficiency.

The sCONVEY HES features its own control that continuously monitors the status of the conveyed material and automatically initiates the conveying process, ensuring consistent and stable performance. This proactive monitoring helps prevent costly downtime and material waste.
