The sDRYBIN A drying bins are equipped with an intelligent and independent control system. The series consists of drying bins with a volume from 15 to 2400 litres. This series can be flexibly combined with the sDRY MM / MD drying system, which can be flexibly extended or reduced at any time with additional drying bins.

Air flow control
Automatic air flow control in real-time.The sDRYBIN A drying bin is equipped with automatic air flow control (AFC) as standard. AFC is able to automatically regulate the amount of drying air according to the material throughput to prevent over or under drying of the plastic granulate. This effectively protects the material and saves energy.

Large clean out door
Easy access and quick clean down.The sDRYBIN A from 100 to 2400 litres are equipped with especially large cleanout doors fitted with a sight glass and easy-to-open quick release handles. They fit the shape of the bin in order to optimise material flow and simplify cleaning. In addition, they have a split hinged lid for easy access from above.

Integration into the conveying system
Intelligent material handling system.By communicating with the conveying control system sCONVEY control, the sDRYBIN A drying bin can be integrated into the material handling system.
